UPI orders are processed once your payment has been verified. Cash on Delivery orders are processed once you have confirmed the order with us on WhatsApp. Dispatch and delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on serviceability, courier operations, weather, and other factors. We currently ship within India only.

Each bottle is carefully packed to reduce the risk of breakage or leakage in transit. If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please note this at the time of delivery where possible, and see our Cancellation & Refund policy for how to report a damaged, incorrect, or defective item.

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address, city, PIN code, email address, and phone number. We will contact you if an address requires clarification.

Shipping charges

Shipping is ₹79 on orders below ₹2,999 and free on orders of ₹2,999 or more. The amount is based on the items you pay for; complimentary launch-offer bottles are not counted. Cash on Delivery orders have an additional ₹49 charge. All charges are shown in your cart before you place the order.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we email you the courier name, tracking number, and a tracking link. You can also check your order status and tracking details at any time under My Orders in the account menu, or with Track your order using your order number and email address.
